The Troon 10k proved to be a memorable event for many of the 17 members who took part, several wearing the club vest for the first time. Duncan Scobie showed his class with a time of 36:10, while Keith Ainslie, Ian Gray, Colin Robison, Corinne Martin, Annie Thompson and Helen Cameron all recorded new Personal Best Times. Anne Head was also delighted to take the Runners-Up spot in the V55 Competition .

Training Nights

The innovation of a new training group at 6pm on Tuesday evenings has gained momentum and proved a great success for runners who perhaps would have been a little nervous of training with the 7.30pm group.  Its good to report that the 6pm        ''Wannabees' are making fantastic progress and already one of their number has moved up to run with the 7.30pm 'Posers'.
