  well done steve, collin and tosh i am sure bob will do well in dublin.

Will be running with club tomorrow night, seen marion hamilton today (she is excellent) got some treatment on knee with anti-inflammatory electric pulses on each side of knee and she has taped my foot for running and is going to do it again before i run tomorrow night as she is at palmerston on tues & thurs till half 5ish.

Elaine, i would recommend her to you.

  Did jedburgh HM In 88min dead. 1/2 way 42min 20 sec - last six miles against gale force wind. AH well as is quite common first lady finished behind me - it must have been 1 sec this time.
My pal jane is coming to training on tuesday at 6 - see you then

  Good luck to everyone running this weekend... i am so envious...
i tried a small run this morning - but pain again after about a mile.. alan williamson tells me i have a sprained lateral ligament... anyone any tips on hastening the recovery.. its kinda looking like i might not get out again till 2010 at this rate :( .... thanks for your messages Anne and Kirsty... i will see you at the AGM... where is it by the way and what time? oh and if others are going for a wee drink after stranraer 10k count me in.... i can still do that without much pain :)
