Just received a trophy through the post for 2nd place team for the 10k at Stanraer on Saturday has anybody else???????

I have been looking for 10k race early next year and stumbled across the Jack Crawford Springburn Cup 10km which take place in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow on 16th January at 2.30pm. Entry is £6.00 for SAL members and forms can be downloaded from Springburn Harriers website.
Think I will give it a bash if anybody else fancies giving it a go.

Well done to everyone at Stranraer on Sat, was thinking about u all :-) And well done to Sandra and Tosh on club championship. Once again I prob wont be down this week, I am a bit of a part time runner just now, hopefully cathc up at some point.

Not doing Stranraer 10k this saturday - ligament problem left knee! Thought I'd torn the cartiledge again, but physio says its ligament - need to rest..... frustrating... good luck to all for Stranraer
