Forecast for tonight is dry, without gusts of wind from 6.00pm till 7.00pm. then at 7.05 rain and wind. Those weather reporters have never got it wrong before ;-) So I`ll be down.

Glad you received your trophy Colin, was wondering when the BBC Sports Personality of the Year takes place as you me and Tosh must be in with a good shout for "Team of the Year"
I have sent away my entry form for the Jack Crawford 10k; you can download the form from the events page.
Won't be down tonight, hopefully the weather will have picked for the track session tomorrow!

Wont be over tonight - just back from hols and got too much on (which really means that I still have my party head on). Unfortunatly due to my shifts I wont be able to attend training until Tue 8th of Dec.
Craig - I have also received a trophy through the post for 2nd team at Stranraer (interestingly it fell out of the envelope in three pieces and now looks a wee bit like modern art). I am also intereseted in the 10k on Jan 16th.

2010 memberships can be paid anytime now, they are due to be paid before the end of December.
I need to know everyones jacket size before placing the order; I have a gents medium sample and there is a ladies jacket in the post.

However..... If you finish with a PB (+ 10 pts ) you don`t get a 5 point bonus for beating your previous years time. This is me trying to make it simple !!

Club Championship 2010 : I think ( discussed friday ) a bonus of ten points for a pb and five points for a race you do faster than your previous attempt will make it very competitive and fair.
Pb`s will encourage newcomers
+5 for faster than previous will keep stalwarts,whose pb days are gone,in competition.
