  I ran the 10k last night for charity (also doing glasgow on sunday) and i have to say i enjoyed it. Well organised event and despite the weather it was a good night.

  Thanks jane - looking forward to jelly babies - my dad is marshalling at the mini roundabout near the restaurant at moffat road area (tall skinhead bloke goes by the name of Ron) he likes jelly babies too!

  Just to confirm, there are no entries available for this years race.
If anyone is available to help set up at the Keswick tomorrow, Brian and his team will be there from 2pm onwards.

If you fancy buying some gear, SWEATSHOP will have a stand in the Viewing Gallery from 6pm.
