love the updates to the site steve, wednesday 4th nov suits me, never made 9 miles managed just about 8 though in 1hr 20 so very pleased - the miles get really hard after about 5-6 its quite a big difference i found.

Sorry cant make AGM on 5th Nov (i love fireworks too much) any other night fine though.

Proposed date for the Club AGM :~ Thursday 5th November.
If there is a problem with this date for a lot of people, please let me know.
The Agenda for the meeting will be posted in a few weeks time, please let me have anything that you would like to be placed on the Agenda for the meeting ASAP.

Sorry to hear you're under the weather Tosh, hope you feel better soon.
A good time to take 2 or 3 weeks out from the Track for everyone before starting the next black of sessions. Lets set a date of Monday 5th October to start up again.

A couple of us are heading to Greens tomorrow night (Wednesday) to watch the mighty Scotland take on Holland. If anyone fancies coming along for a couple of beers then we'll be there for 7.30.
